Guidelines for ADOC Booking ( Week days )

Dear Smashers

After a successful term start, there are lots of requests coming for the ADOC booking.

We would like to streamline the adoc booking process for our members , please consider and follow the below steps if you would like to play during weekdays

For the new members : what is ADOC booking

It is to book the badminton court through our club in a discounted price. If you want to play in any of the week days with your fellow members , you shall approach us, we book for you and can enjoy your game whenever you feel like playing

Guidelines to consider during booking process

Only term members are eligible to avail the ADOC booking ( all the players who will be playing in this ADOC booking must be part of any of the term booking slots )
Please do a check by yourself in Matchi.se on the availability at GBF hallen on your expected time
Send in your request to Karuna ( +46 73 144 18 35 ) through Whatsapp in the below format

Requestor Name

Players Names ( Mention all the players )

Date

Time

Location ( GBF only now )

Send this message at least 2 days in advance, or worst case before 24 hours
Share the screenshot of Swish payment ( to be made to the Club number : 123 2730901 ) to Karuna
Karuna will book the court and share the booking confirmation

Guidelines to consider during play: It is the requestor’s responsibility to make sure that all members are leaving the court in a condition that it’s been received.

This ADOC fees is only for court booking and shuttles will not be provided, please bring your own shuttles, kindly do not open the club locker during the play session unless if there is any emergency to access the safety or medical kit

PS : This ADOC booking is applicable for Men’s and women’s group and if you want to practice Mixed doubles ( OK to do , but all the players playing in Mixed doubles must be part of any of the ongoing term.
